This kitchen and bathroom remodel was completed for a couple in the Crown Hill neighborhood of Seattle. The couple has lived in the house for years and had been planning to update the original kitchen and bathroom. The goals included redesigning the kitchen for better efficiency, maximizing natural light, and to provide more work space. H2D Architecture + Design worked with the clients to come up with an efficient plan to leave the plumbing fixtures in place to save cost, but move around the other elements in the kitchen to provide a more effective work space. Low maintenance materials were used throughout both spaces. Earthy tones and white cabinets create warm, bright spaces.
